One-on-one fashion consulting appointments via phone are available. Please call us to set up a time convenient to your schedule. Local customers may arrange for free in-person consultation.


SHIPPING
At this time, izzi-b ships within the continental US only. Shipping options and rates are as follows:
UPS Ground UPS 2nd Day Air UPS Next Day Air Saver

$5.00 flat fee charge. Delivery within 5 business days.
$15.00 flat fee charge. Delivery by the end of the second business day for orders placed before 3PM EDT.
$30.00 flat fee charge. End of next delivery. In order to qualify for this shipping option, orders must be placed by noon.

RETURNS
Sorry, no returns or exchanges on jewelry and sale items. You have 7 days after receiving items to return or exchange unused/unworn merchandise with all tags attached. Initial shipping fees as well as return or exchange shipping costs are not refundable. izzi~b reserves the right to amend any of its policies per our discretion. FOOTWEAR RETURNS
We do not accept returns on boots or shoes that have been worn or scuffed. Guidelines for returning footwear are:

  1. Be extremely careful trying on all boots or shoes. Remember, they are works of art!
  2. We suggest you walk only on carpet and for a limited period of time. Excessive wearing will cause the product to stretch rendering it un-returnable.
  3. All footwear returned should be sent back in their original box and condition. Bent or damaged items will not be eligible for reimbursement.
We reserve the right to issue a store credit rather than a refund if these criteria are not met.


GIFT WRAPPING/CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift wrapping, gift cards and gift certificates are available upon request. Call us at 1-866-392-9493 Monday through Friday and we will be happy to assist you.
